Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP was formerly known as Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences CPAs. It was founded in 1985 by Professor Wang Wenbin from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, who is well-respected in China’s accountancy profession. In 1987, Professor Wang established Shanghai Zhonghua CPAs, which merged with Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences CPAs in 1993 and became Shanghai Zhonghua Social Sciences CPAs. In 1999, the firm was renamed as Shanghai Zhonghua CPAs. It was soon joined by Shanghai Huyin CPAs.Since January 2014, our company has transformed from limited liability company into limited liability partnership.

Today Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP near 1000 professional staff, including near 300 members of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a number of CPAs chartered in the UK, certified in the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Australia. Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP's practice focuses on assurance, accounting, taxation and advisory services.
